I am fitness and life Style coach working in fitness and health industry since Year 2020. I was a goverment employee in an Planing department with my codes on day to day basis. I was getting paid for a 9 to 5 job. Initially it was all fine but soon I realised that my energy levels used to become very low by end of the day and I soon realised that my health is detoriating, my vitals fading and degrading day by day in that lifestyle.

I was introduced to Fitness and Wellness Industry by my friend and I took it up as a resolve to daily boredom and to do some Lifestyle changes. Very soon I didn’t even realise how better I started feeling on day to day basis. More energy,more strength, I was feeling more fit and more healthy from a part time hobby fitness became my daily routine and I never looked back since then
